Can you receive both the housing allowance and Chapter 33/1607 benefits from the post 9/11 GI Bill?

I was on the GI Bill's estimator on their site and am confused about the Chapter 33/1607 benefits. Do you receive this monthly stipend in addition to the basic housing allowance based on the school's zipcode?
