Atheists, is our universe just too perfect in harmony to happen by chance?

i am not an atheist but the only reason it seems so perfect is because this is how we came to know it, if we came to know it a different it way that way would also seem perfect. that's why i choose deism, deism believes a god designs and builds the universe, through the big bang and evolution, but steps aside to let it run on its own. Deists believe in the existence of a god without any reliance on revealed religion, religious authority, or holy books. this supreme being does not intervene in human affairs or suspend the natural laws of the universe.
