I have a $152.00 charge on a $25.00 debit card?

I signed up on a video chat website and it apparently costs $2.00 per minute and today only i racked up a 150$ charge on my $25.00 debit card that i used to sign up for it. I gave the website a fake address and a fake name. They don't have my address, phone number, or any personal info, but they do have my zipcode and email address. Is there anyway they could find me if I just dont pay the charge?
