Question about medical/physical.?

so im joining the gymnastics/ volleyball team. and i ve been to practices for both and all i need to do now is to bring in my medical/physical. so the problem that i have isnt with volleyball but its with gymnastics. see my first meet is in 3 weeks and my mom made an appointment and the earliest tht they can do it is dec 1st. and wel i need to bring it in before. so my question is does anyone know of any free/ or non free mens clinic, where i can get my medical done around the zipcode 10467. that is open on the weekends. ive tried to look for some but i still need some help beacause i cant find any. thank youu
