Why does Yahoo weather display the weather for the wrong city?

If I enter the zipcode of 00715 which is the zip code for Ponce, Puerto Rico, the weather link displays the weather in Warsaw, Poland!!!!! If you are going to dispaly international weather, you need to be able to select it.. Is there a Yahoo setting that makes weather zip code searches only zip within the United States?
