Why isnt fastweb accepting my zipcode?

Whenever I try to sign up for Fast web, it keeps coming up that my Zip code is invalid. My zip code is 34450, and it keeps rejecting it. Would anyone explain to me why my zip code isn't working whenever I sign up for fastweb?
